Summer is great! Sun is shining, is warm, ouside many colorful flowers and plants. But, it can be hard to enjo any of it if you have allergy. Here are some tips on how to deal with allergies inside the house.
1. Keep house clean.-accumilating, dust, pollen, dirt all can be allergy trigger. So make sure to dust, vaccum, wash floors in all rooms througly at least once a week.
2. Limit carpet surface.- Carpets can trap a lot of dust, dirt and other small articles that can cause allergy and can be hard to clean out.
3. Limit yard work.- If you have allergies limit your yard work activitis that do not involve stirring up any pollen or other allergy causing particles. And stay away from yard at time when such yad work is performed.
4. Sun glasses. it might sound starange but eyes can also be very irritated by allergy causing particloes. So, any time that you are outside, make sure to wear your sunglasses; 100% UV protection lenses is a must!
5. Try to keep cool with A/C and fan. Opening windows will let in allergents. That being said make sure to clean fan and A/C throughly before use.
6. Choose time wiseley.- there are cirtain times and weather conditions when allergy triggering particles get in the air a lot more. Wind, dry air and llocation contribute to that. Make sure to try and limit your outside activities to off peak hours.
7. If you feel like you already got exposed to allergents, make sure to use salt water rinse to rinse out your nose. And if that doest help, take a shover to wash particles off your body.
Hope all these will help you prevent allergy and fully ejoy summer!
